Okay i found something cool i don't know if many other folk have found it.

Q up a playlist and start playing it then go to another playlist using the front buttons then hold the bottom button down and a wee menu appears with "insert replace append" select append and the second playlist is queued up after the first playlist.

A point for all the newbies joining us i have had this thing for over a year and new things still pop out of the woodwork.

This was added in 2.0b7 (at least I don't think it was in 2.0b3, could be mistaken).

This also works using a Rio remote, by holding the Menu/OK button at the appropriate time.
I remember seeing this when I was using 2.0b3, although I never got around to experimenting.

Yeah, it was definitely in 2.0b3. One of my favorite new features, along with the "return to last spot in playlist structure" feature.

Loren, how do you return to the last place you were in the playlist heirarchy?

Press down once (activating the menu), and then press and hold down. Only works in 2.0 though.

There are now so many different combinations of options that I just can't remember them all - not that I ever knew them all in the first place. I still learn something new each time I look at the BBS but I'm sure it's at the expense of forgetting something else.
