I looked in the FAQ but could not get any answers on the following. BTW I am using 1.03 software.

1. How can you set the display so that you have full visuals but when you select the next song the text info pops up for say 5 seconds so I know what song it is.
2. When switching between MP3 mode and tuner mode there is a thump.
3. I set my clock's date and time but I never seen then even through the different text modes. What am I doing wrong?

1. 2.0 adds this mode, called "Transient"
2. 2.0 I think addresses this problem, I don't use the tuner all that much
3. 2.0 has an info mode clock, and a few visuals that use it. Nothing persistant. There is a 1.03 hack for getting a persistant clock on the screen, check the riocar.org downloads, kernel kacks. It needs a new kernel, and a program to run on the player. It should have a link there to all the instructions.
