Well just as i finally organise a friend in the US to make the purchase for me, the rio store now reports both 30 and 60Gb empegs as out of stock

Guess i now have to pay one of the rip off artists on ebay, or stick with my mark1 and put a bigger disc in.

Try to order the 30gb, it's the last item that was gone...
It's proved that the "in/out of stock" status is not very reliable, maybe you get luck!

I ordered the 10gig model which was listed as Out Of Stock and guess what I got in the mail today!

So try and order it, it may actually be available.

I ordered on 13/2 Sunday night LA Time when the store was saying out of stock for only 60Gb models. I ordered a 30Gb model to be sure and apparently it has been delivered to my friend in LA already . I just need to get him to send to me here in Oz now.

I ordered a 60 GIG TWO WEEKS AGO, which they said was in stock. They held on to the order, shipped other people's orders who ordered after me, never answered their phone so I could find out was going on, and finally told me today that my order was canceled. I am really pissed, they screwed me over good. They can be damn sure I will NEVER buy anything from them again for any reason. If I could sue to get my player, I would. I don't care if it they are malicious or stupid, I hate them with a passion now.
