I have a brand new rio60 just downloaded my first songs to it .Now the display is faded completly out you can see it trying to work,it just wont come on all the way.Any one have any ideas how to fix it. thanks alot for any help.

In home or in car? If in car - doublecheck your dimmer settings. If that's not it, then contact support...

Here's an old thread about failure of components that could make a display very faint.

If you know your way around a circuitboard you might want to measure the voltage at the point mentioned. Or mail carsupport@empeg.com for what to do.
