Help, Just recieved my new unit, not working.

Hi, I just recieved my unit, but when i plug it in nothing hapens, besides from the blue stand-by led flashing. - i connected it to my PC, when i ran the update util, it ran fine until after the harddisc preperation. Then it wrote "Bad pump response to device select" error occured during stage 0x20 - harddisc does'nt spin up, please help.
update:
when i disconnect the harddrive it sometimes gets further in the bootprocess:

Congrats on your new toy! Sorry it's not working, but it's probably no big deal. No need to panic.

Nevermind, unit working now, it was my powersource that was'nt big enough, just tested it with a car battery, worked, now i "only" have to find a suitable powersupply @ home..

YEarh, i'm from Denmark, 240V - so i couldn't use the one that came with the unit.... i now use a PC powersupply, runs perfect
