For a user upgrading a new player from 1.02 or 1.03, the release notes for 2.0b11 are incomplete, since they start from 2.0b7. Although the old upgrade files are no longer available, I think their release notes ought to be.

[And the downloads page could do with some paragraphs so it's clear which link goes with which description.]

No, the problem is that those urls are broken.

http://www.empeg.com/downloads/car-v2.00-beta7-notes.txt gives a 404.
http://www.empeg.com/downloads/car-v2.00-beta3-notes.txt gives a 404.
http://www.empeg.com/downloads/NOTES-v1.03.txt works though

Yes that happens every time I ask Mike to remove old releases from the server We'll fix it on Monday.
