Laura touched a bit on this in one of the other fourms, but I thought I'd bring it up here. Gateway is launching a new campaign to go against the SSSCA or CBDTPA or whatever the copy protection bill is being called now. Ted Waitt has been one of the best representitives on why this bill shouldn't be passed, and it looks like he is willing to spend money in the face of a failing company to get his point across.

With both Apple and Gateway now supporting fair use in a big way, something is going to have to give down the road. It's just nice to know that not all companies are against the consumer like the record industry seems to be as of late.
