I have been using mini headphones on the line output since I got my empeg: On trains and in the garden etc. and they work fine with plenty of volume and control.

Now I want to use my Empeg to listen to the radio at night in my motorhome by diverting the front amp output into the headphones.

This is obviously a 4v output not a 1v, I don't want to try it if it'll muck up the Empeg, do I need some value of resistor or something in line and if so what?

I know it's a simple enquiry, but I'd really welcome an opinion

Should be fine, just adjust the volume as necessary.
