how do i get the favorite visual to work?
when i press and hold the 'visual' button (on remote, rio not kenwood), the screen displays 'INFO"
on the button index (on this site) it says the favorite visual funtion will require a config edit (?)
any tips?

Odd, it should say INFO: <<something>>, not just "INFO".

For example, if it says "INFO: TRACK" then you're in info:track mode and you can't see the visual switching. Try pressing the info button a couple of times and then the visual button a couple of times to see the various screen modes. You have to be in either info:line info:transient or info:off to see visuals.
