ok, so after playing with my new toy (mk2?) and getting tons of great info from this forum, I think maybe i should start fresh .
is it best to just delete everything (music files), or is there a better way?
-OR- should i leave the music files there and just make new playlists.
is there a time when you should delete?

if u wanna start it fresh just reinstall the kernal, unless there is music u really hate, just reorganize it as it lays on the system now. its a real pain in the rear to add the music again

An option may be to just delete all your playlists (assuming you like the vast bulk of what's on there) and assign song's to new playlists based on the soup views.
