The official release of Mozilla 1.0 is finally out.

I've been using the betas for a while now, and have been very impressed.

What made me switch from IE was the way tabbed browsing works, the fact that it's skinable, and that it has the ability to suppress popups.

If you haven't checked it out yet, I highly recommend it!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot... it's open source, and runs on practically every platform too.

Hmm, the main site is too busy for me to get in, and the mirrors I have searched don't have 1.0. Anyone know of a mirror with the 1.0 goodness?

Yeah, unfortunately it's been slashdotted already. Here's the one I used, and it worked pretty good:

ftp://komodo.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla1.0/ is the one I finally found, grabbed it, and now being mirrored internally for my company by a few people.
