Apparently RBDS (Radio Broadcast Data Standard) is American and RDS is European, but they're the same thing - see the first paragraph of: http://www.azfms.com/About/ITSRD/c9.html If that is the case, then perhaps the line should have read "...RDS/RBDS capability."
