the only thing I would like to have is the empeg remote vs the kenwood one. but any empeg is better than none.

I'm sure this has been covered in other threads, but basically, the rio car has 4MB of extra memory. Other than that there are really no earth shattering differences between them. Good luck with the EBay'ing!
