I thought I did that once, but I think I was just creating a user.js and didn't ever delete the directory. Anyways It appears that I installed an extension (Launchy 3.0) that requires JSLib first... as it states here

Oops... I got all extension-install happy and didn't read the comments first...

I'll have a go at fixing it when I get home tonight. using Firefox at work now. Still gotta use Exchange for mail @ work, though.
