Easy. As long as learning something new doesn't fill you with dread. Of course, if it does, you've got bigger problems.

Yes. I've never had a problem. If you make your living editing complex documents where the layout is paramount, it might be a problem, but I've never encountered any dificulties.

Feel free. With a intel mac running parallels there just aren't any excuses. The thing I miss the most is mp3 tag studio, but I'm getting used to media rage.
