My favorite mouse for several years has been the mouse that comes with the Logitech Cordless Freedom Optical mouse and keyboard combo. It fits my hand perfectly and the indispensable thumb button is where it should be at the bottom of the mouse. I have a terrible time trying to find other mice with the thumb button at the bottom.
