I guess I'm a bit of an oddball, but I use touchpads whenever possible. At work, I use a Logitech Dinovo Edge keyboard with integrated touchpad, and outside of work, I just use my Macbook Pro's integrated trackpad. I like not having to move my hands back and forth between the mouse and keyboard, and I'm just as proficient with the touchpads as I ever was with mice.
