Hmmmm I'm having problems here.

After a couple of reboot and a couple of sync attempts the 128Gb card did spring to life and allowed me to copy a track to it and then play it back.

Bingo I thought! But the joy was short lived. I power cycled it and it came up with "No Hard Disk Found" again, but the original drives back on (had always booted at least with these in) same, no hard drive found.

Have a feeling something bad has happened? Here is the boot as it stands at the moment...
