That's spectacular.
It seems like they have 3 strips running, including one perpendicular to the parallel, which are themselves running in opposite directions.
I suppose when you don't have departures to consider you can do some interesting stuff with the traffic.

I wonder where that one plane went to. It looks like it just turned around and went home. I'm glad my package wasn't on it

From what it looks like, if you look closely, all the planes that didn't make it into the main airport diverted to nearby airports. There are several airports on the screen in that video.

If you look closely, you can clearly see one of the airplanes fly back WSW out of the scope of the video.

I still haven't figured out where the second truck comes from (around 0:59). And, shortly after that, the fact the someone starts to indicate left to go around the wreckage struck me as a little impatient.

Yeah, I watched that truck collision 5 or 6 times and I couldn't figure out where the 2nd truck comes from either! WTF!

I grabbed about a hundred of them earlier this year. Great fun watching those!
The bummer for me, is that the current weekly episode of TG is a free download from the BBC, but only for UK ip addresses.

[a UK-based BitTorrent site] will definately have each episode, however to sign up you need to wait until they purge the membership database - basically reload the signup screen every few minutes until it appears. Also normal members (with a low share ratio) need to wait 24hrs before they can download new releases.

I did some googling as I couldn't figure that out either. The best explanation is that there's a gaurd rail just to the right of the cameras field of view. If you look at it frame by frame, you see this gaurdrail swinging back and forth after the Magically Appearing Truck appears.
I'm not sure if I beleive this, but it's the best explation I've found.

The trick the acrobats do at the two minute mark can't possibly be real, can it? There's got to be some hidden support.

Ok, did some Googling. It was made in 1907, and I believe that the spoiler given above is correct, but I couldn't find an "official" disclosure.

I think I missed a memo somewhere about how Flash is now a video container. I thought it was just an animated vector graphics thing, like (the subsequent, but open-standards) SVG+SMIL. Why don't these sites just carry the videos as H.264? or failing that Quicktime or WMV9? Is it to stop people right-clicking and making off with them?

Not that this is their reason, but I can actually see the Flash ones from my Solaris machine, where most others I cannot.

It's nice to not have to worry about codecs. Or having WMP, Quicktime, and Real player browser plug-ins.

Also, technically, Flash Player is a virtual machine, so I imagine that it can probably do pretty much anything. But it does have two video codecs built into it: VP6 and Sorenson Spark.

But you still need to worry about having the Flash plug-in...
