But..., in case you missed it, Xinuous, which bought something from the SCO firesale, launched a new lawsuit against IBM, for what seem to be the same IP claims, along with some new ones about conspiring with Red Hat... or something. So I'm not sure this ought to be counted as dead, quite yet...
