Let's not exaggerate. They work as well between PC and Mac as they do between different versions on the same platform. Which is to say that you can load them and all your data will be there, but ``minor'' things like page breaks and whatnot may be wildly different. (BTW, this is right at the top of my list why MSWord sucks.)
