Unfortunately the US eStore didn't keep a record of serial numbers, so you'd not have had much luck with them anyway and the central support office isn't familiar with the car player.

If you entered your serial number when you installed emplode, have a look in the about box. I think this only applies if you still have a 1.0 series emplode installed - I don't think 2.0 works the same way.

If you do find out the serial number, email it to me.
